TORONTO, ON – May 24, 2018 – Throwback Entertainment has inked a two-game development deal with Korean game developer Leanup, created by the founders of J2J Lab and mSeed Games, to produce exciting new story-driven PVP games for the gaming market.

The two titles, yet to be revealed, will be playable on consoles, personal computers, and mobile devices.

“I can’t reveal too much about these two game titles, but one is based on a beloved fairy-tale we all know with a really compelling twist, and the other is an action-packed Wuxia-themed adventure.” – Thomas Maduri, CEO, Throwback Entertainment.

Maduri is a believer in games with strong narrative, and to that end, both titles will be written and co-produced by bestselling author and award-winning game writer Steven-Elliot Altman, who has written extensively in both genres and developed other successful game franchise titles; including 9Dragons, Pearl’s Peril and Ancient Aliens.

“I’m really impressed by the team we’ve assembled. The fairy-tale story is sorta blowing my mind, and I’m really looking forward to going back to my roots on the new Kung-Fu game.” – Steven-Elliot Altman, producer and narrative designer

The ambitious plan is to ramp up production and release both of these top-secret games by the end of 2018.
